The speakers, topics, dates and times have been confirmed. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances there is a change in either a speaker, date/time or topic choice, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and an alternate speaker, date/time or topic will be issued.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel your ticket before March 31st 2023, you are entitled to a full refund of funds paid.
If you cancel your ticket between 1st April to 30th April 2023, you are entitled to 50% refund of funds paid. All refunds will attract a $30 Merchant Fee.
If you cancel your ticket from 1st May 2023 onward, you are NOT entitled to a refund. If your ticket allows recording access, there are no refunds on the recording should you miss any of the live events.
This seminar is online and will be recorded. It is engaging to have your computer's video camera on but it is not mandatory
You will have access to the recording for 3 months once you receive it. The recording will be sent after the event and after editing is completed. The recording may be sold as an online product in the future. If you do not feel comfortable about video, please leave your video camera off.
1. By attending you agree that the event will be recorded and the recording may be sold and used for promotional education and advertising
2. By attending the event, you agree that NeedlePro Australia acquires copyright in any written or electronic record and all material which is generated during your participation in this event, or refers to your participation, including photographs and video or other recordings in which you appear, emails, and electronic media posts, and all such material shall become the property of NeedlePro Australia
2.1 You agree that you will not use any of the materials referred to in condition 2 for any purpose without obtaining specific consent in writing from NeedlePro Australia.
2.2 You acknowledge that NeedlePro Australia may use the materials referred to in condition 2 at any time in the future in relation to the promotion of this event or similar projects or courses.
You agree not to record the event yourself (video and audio)
Non registered attendees will be removed.
